Defence and effective HP are terms that really need to be explained. Effective HP is your hitpoints with resistances taken into account. Defence is amount of DPS setup can tank. Bottom value is your tanking efficiency when you run your booster\repairer on autorepeat and upper value is your tanking efficiency when you turn on your booster\repairer from time to time to not allow your capacitor to fall below peek recharge point.

I am just confused by the fact, that on my passive tanked Drakes, the Effective Hitpoints go up, when the defence values are going down and vice versa...
